BetiQ Furniture Return Policy
At BetiQ, we put a great deal of thought and care into crafting each piece we make. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure every product arrives in excellent condition.
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
All commissioned or custom-made items are created specifically for you. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these pieces.
Standard Products
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or faulty. In such cases:
• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• The product must be inspected immediately upon arrival.
• Clear photos of the damage must be provided to initiate the refund process.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this timeframe or for reasons unrelated to damage or fault.
